New Santoku/ Sujihiki Knives Coming Soon

Hello, I hope all are well. This will be the first upload to this website since its launch. I have had a bunch of knives come in that I am currently working on including a few Sujihikis that can be converted to Santokus if wished. Please feel free to contact me about ordering any of these knives and having special work done before I start restoring them!
